Twisted Fitness is about finding a love for movement and a balanced way to incorporate it into your life.
I believe that you can have your cake and eat it too. Balancing what your goals are with the ways you naturally live your life. Rigid strict diets and fitness plans do not always fit naturally into your life, causing you to fall back into old habits.
Diets and workouts tend to be temporary fixes unless you can make them part of your everyday routine.
My goal is to provide you with a variety of workouts that you fall in love with and to be there, helping you align your goals. This will foster a health and wellness routine that becomes something you crave.
Workout Variations
Barre
Lengthen and strengthen your muscles using small isometric and full range movements followed by stretching. Depending on the class you take you may hit all or a couple areas of the body.
Strength
Low Impact Strength workouts to build strength while increasing your heart rate. Depending on the class you take you may hit all or a couple areas of the body.
Cardio
Bursts of strength moves done at a higher tempo to increase your heart rate and provide cardio outside of running or biking.
Yoga
Challenge yourself to better hold poses and deepen your stretches with these vinyasa yoga stretch classes.
